"Bondrew" became "The Lieu Crew" on Friday January 4th, 2013 (more on that in the next post- "Samantha's Birth Story.") And with so many friends and family already asking to see pictures of our little one, we figured we would start this blog. We must give credit where credit is due, and the name for the blog first came from Bonnie's 2010-11 APUSH class, who nicknamed themselves "The Lieu Crew." We thought it might also be an appropriate title for our little growing family :)
May 24, 2012 was the day we found out we were pregnant with Samantha, and while it took a while you could finally see that she was growing inside Bonnie.
Our first picture of Samantha was when she was seven and a half weeks old. Can't believe that little bean grew into our healthy little girl!
Our second glimpse was at ten and a half weeks. Much more like a little baby!
Right around that time we started taking photos of Bonnie every Friday to record our little girl's growth. Most of these pictures were taken in the nursery, and you can see the space start to transform in the background around the end.

At our anatomy scan on September 20th Samantha waved to us! And we found out we were having a Baby Girl!
